What we found were farmers who have tended the same chile crops for

Our Sourcing
We work directly with farmers and suppliers in Mexico's most renowned growing
regions. Our Guajillo chiles are sourced from the high-altitude plateau states
of Zacatecas and Durango, where semiarid conditions and mineral-rich volcanic
soil produce the distinctive fruity, slightly sweet flavor the variety is
known for. Our Ancho chiles come from Puebla the traditional heartland of
ancho production, where the Valle de Puebla's volcanic soil and cool mountain
nights have supported chile cultivation since before the Aztec era.
